God bless YOU and all who are near and dear to you. Thank you for praying for the Delhi to Jerusalem region.
One of the countries we are praying for is Afghanistan. The country has undergone a lot of restrictions under the Taliban rule in the last 3 years. The women in particular have suffered a lot, as many of the legal restrictions impact their lives and freedoms in a direct way.
First, let’s pray for the man who is the current head of the Taliban: his name is Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada. You can see a photo of him here.
LET’S PRAY TOGETHER NOW:
Heavenly Father,
Please work in this man’s life. We ask for miracles similar to those in the Babylonian kingdom written about in the book of Daniel. We ask for a “Saul to Paul” encounter and transformation (Acts 9:1-19)
We lift up the women, may the global cry for their freedom secure progress. May their opportunity for education be reinstalled.
Grant courage and wisdom, God, for those within the nation who are courageously lifting their voices.
We entreat You, Lord, for stable leadership that will champion the people of Afghanistan.
And we ask, in Jesus name, for all violence against women to STOP.
