You Praying for Refugees in Iran

Iran has over one million refugees. They have received refugees from Afghanistan and Iraq. Being a person or family that is forced out of your homeland is filled with difficulties; and finding a way forward to re-home, get a job, and discover your way in a foreign culture and language takes time. Let’s remember these refugees, who will represent thousands of dear families trying to find their way.

PRAY

Lord,

I ask that a rain cloud of love and good deeds would be released over these refugees. Thrust out skilled people to come in and help organize opportunities; thrust out educators and those who train with vocational skills. I ask for massive job creation and new prosperous projects that will require laborers. Let an outpouring of funds be released that can help with all of these things, along with food, housing and medical care.

I ask for a large group of people who can translate and enable communication, so things can progress. In every way, I ask for things to move forward. And I bless every tribe, village, town, and city culture represented among these dear people. I ask for peace, stability, and wisdom for the days ahead. Bless the Iranian government with a strategy to manage all of these people and bless them for opening their doors. In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!”
Psalm 133:1

We’ll be crossing into Iraq for our next series of prayers. Thank you for continuing this journey!
